When the game launches go into options and then resource packs, there on the left should be the texture pack you downloaded, hover over it and click on the big arrow pointing to the right and then click done. minecraft folder again and this time go into the 'shaderpacks' folder, drag the file you downloaded in there and then launch the game. Then go to and download the 'Sildur's Vibrant Shaders Lite v1.32. minecraft folder vie the steps already said, but this time go into the 'resourcepacks' folder and drag the downloaded zip file into it. rar file, if it's not then try downloading again. Now, go to this link: and download the 1.19 version. When it gets into the main screen, exit the game. Then, open the minecraft launcher and launch the game. Then drag the jar file you downloaded and put it there.
